Dillon has over 10 years’ experience in the industry and his knowledge is integral to the success of the company. He started as a sole trader in 2013. Dillon trained at Merrist Wood College and qualified with 4 NPTC qualifications and now has a IPAF Operator Powered Access Licence. He carries out all of our site visits and quotations as well as managing the team. Dillon prides himself on his professionalism and commitment to the continued success of Tree Marshalls Ltd.
Oliver joined the team in 2021 following a total career change from teaching. Since joining Tree Marshalls Ltd Oliver has attended Kingswood Training and has qualified with 3 NPTC qualifications and now has a IPAF Operator Powered Access License. Oliver enjoys being a dependable ground crew member to our climber Adam. Oliver enjoys using our MEWP and has a positive attitude to work life. He is a loyal member of our team, strives for success, has great customer care, and is a real team player.
Alexandra joined the team in 2023 and manages all our general day to day office administration. She also generates our invoices, quotes and advertising. Alexandra works hard on our social media to promote our business. When Alexandra is out of office she is capturing content for Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram. She ensures customers receive the best possible service and prides herself on the importance of reflecting the business ethics which drive Tree Marshalls Ltd.
