Here at Tree Marshalls, we have been providing our arboricultural tree surgery services across West & East Sussex, Surrey and SW london for many years. Specialising in all things trees, we have the skills required to carry out any task that you require doing.  

From planting to pruning, thinning to felling, our team of qualified and reliable tree surgeons are on hand to help. We strive to provide each and every one of our clients with an honest and efficient service, offering our assistance and advising you of which solutions would best suit your needs.

Meet the team

Dillon Marshall

Managing Director
Dillon has over 10 years' experience in the industry and his knowledge is integral to the success of the company. He started as a sole trader in 2013. Dillon trained at Merrist Wood College and qualified with 4 NPTC qualifications and now has a IPAF Operator Powered Access Licence. He carries out all of our site visits and quotations as well as managing the team. Dillon prides himself on his professionalism and commitment to the continued success of Tree Marshalls Ltd.

Oliver Bryan

Grounds Crew
Oliver joined the team in 2021 following a total career change from teaching. Since joining Tree Marshalls Ltd Oliver has attended Kingswood Training and has qualified with 3 NPTC qualifications and now has a IPAF Operator Powered Access License. Oliver enjoys being a dependable ground crew member to our climber Adam. Oliver enjoys using our MEWP and has a positive attitude to work life. Oliver is a loyal member of our team and strives for success. He has great customer care and is a real team player.

Adam Cronk

Lead Climber
Adam is a fully qualified climbing arborist who joined the team in 2023. Adam has worked in the industry for almost 5 years. He attended Merrist Wood in 2019 and qualified with 6 NPTC qualifications. Adam has since gone on to gain his ALLMI identity card and certificate and SWQR qualification. Adam is a valued member of our team. He is a wonderful new addition and strives to produce the best quality of tree work on every job. Adam is a natural problem solver and his knowledge is invaluable.

Alexandra Tomlinson

Head Administrator
Alexandra joined the team in 2023 and manages all our general day to day office administration. She also generates our invoices, quotes and advertising. Alexandra works hard on our social media to promote our business. When Alexandra is out of office she is capturing content for Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram. She ensures customers receive the best possible service and prides herself on the importance of reflecting the business ethics which drive Tree Marshalls Ltd.
